Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

LeadFlow AI provides a lead capture and dispatcher platform for legitimate local service businesses. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do with the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Permitted Use

You may use LeadFlow AI to:

  • Automate lead intake for your legitimate business operations
  • Qualify and route inbound service requests from real customers
  • Send SMS and email notifications to customers who have contacted you
  • Manage and track leads in your owner dashboard

Use must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal activity. Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or unauthorized data collection.

Spam and unsolicited communications. Using LeadFlow AI to send unsolicited SMS, email, or any form of bulk messaging to individuals who have not contacted your business or consented to receive communications. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CASL.

Reverse engineering. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the underlying algorithms, prompts, or models used by LeadFlow AI's dispatcher system.

Unauthorized access. Attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or the LeadFlow AI platform beyond your authorized scope.

Regulated industries without credentials. Using LeadFlow AI in industries requiring government-issued licenses (healthcare, legal, financial, insurance, etc.) without possessing the required credentials. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Data scraping. Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the platform to build competitor products, mailing lists, or databases without written permission.

Platform abuse. Using the platform to transmit malware, conduct DDoS attacks, or otherwise interfere with platform performance.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account. LeadFlow AI does not review or approve your outbound communications, but we may act on credible reports of abuse.

AI-generated responses are produced automatically. You are responsible for reviewing outputs to ensure they are accurate, appropriate, and compliant before customers receive them.

Consequences of Violations

If you violate this AUP, LeadFlow AI may take the following actions:

  • Warning: A written notice describing the violation and required corrective action.
  • Temporary suspension: Account access suspended for up to 7 days while the issue is investigated.
  • Permanent termination: Account terminated without refund if the violation is severe, repeated, or not corrected.
  • Data deletion: All account data may be deleted following termination.

Reporting Violations

If you discover a security vulnerability or believe the platform is being misused, contact us immediately at support@polsia.app with "Security Report" in the subject line.

To report spam or abuse originating from another user's account, email support@polsia.app with evidence of the violation.

Policy Updates

LeadFlow AI may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
