Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with LeadFlow AI within your first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. No hassle. No games.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid subscription payment. To request a refund, email support@polsia.app with "Refund Request" in the subject line and include your account email and the plan you subscribed to.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed.

2. After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but fees already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded.

Annual subscriptions cancelled after 14 days are refunded on a pro-rata basis — the unused portion of the annual term is refunded, minus any prior months already billed at the monthly equivalent rate.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard at https://towline-3.polsia.app/dashboard, or by emailing support@polsia.app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

4. What Is Refunded

Refundable items:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees

Non-refundable items:

  • Setup fees (if any)
  • Usage-based charges beyond your plan (if applicable)
  • Domain or custom configuration fees

5. Accidental Charges & Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — such as a duplicate charge, a charge for a plan you did not authorize, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us immediately at support@polsia.app with "Billing Error" in the subject line. We will investigate and issue corrective refunds within 30 days of verification.

6. Stripe Refunds

All refunds are processed through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We cannot expedite this timeline — it is determined by Stripe and your bank.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abuse of this policy — such as repeated refund requests across multiple billing cycles, or requests made after using the platform extensively. These cases are reviewed individually.
